What to post???

Hello All!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I never know what to post.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I often do this in my mind.

So, I figured I'd just write and see what comes out. We could talk about why I blog. That a good question. I don't know. Why do I even have a blog? I guess it gives me something to do when I'm home. I love computers and blogging is computer related. I have games on my computer and can be found playing them often.

I have an online friend that I talk to regularly. I don't go to chat rooms. Even before I got into computers I was warned about them and what could happen. And all the nasty things that can happen to you if you talk to strangers online. Do I talk to strangers online? I think you know the answer to that. That's how I met all of you.

It all started when I was going to Police Hub, a cop forum. I met Mighty Dyckerson there. Yes, he posted at a cop forum. Can you believe it? The administrator at the time was friends with him. (Online, of course. I don't think they ever actually met. She's a cop). Dyckerson got into blogging and got the administrator to get a blog too. He talked to me about getting a blog too. So I got one and started to post Bible scripture on it. I wasn't getting a lot of hits. Dyckerson was my first customer but I deleted his comments. I was getting into this blogging thing and then stopped for a while, only checking my blog every so often. Then I got into it again and met you and I am continuing to meet more of you.

I guess the reason I stick with it is because I want to keep in touch wiht all of you, so I've got to come up with stuff to post.

If any of you want to email me, feel free.

Parents show their little kids pictures of me to scare them into behaving.

The Blogsphere is a community and come to think of it most of my friends are virtual. Besides it is fun teasing the Lamb - I know /t. enjoys it!!

Ah yes, the good old days. The pigs over on Police Hub just loved me. I'm sure it's not the same since I left voluntarily. Perhaps someday they'll swallow their pride and beg for me to return. Then I shall laugh in their faces and beat them with their own billy clubs.

I like your blog, Lambie. It is so meek and mild. Indeed, I often feel compelled to bleat rhythmically as I peruse your musings,LL. Other times you make me just wanna run out and frolick merrily in the pastures near my home.
As for Dyck,I believe he has formed close relationships with many in the law enforcement community over the years. But he's darned good at what he does online.

yep,

there's just
something about
lambs and an open flame

/t.

Kid, I think its the gas mask.

/t. doesn't only love to rease me, he likes tormenting me too.

Dyck, what am I going to do with you? I might force you to go back there.

Stan, thank you. I like your blog, too. I try to be meek and mild. You have a pasture near your home? Do you have any pictures to share?

I, too, think he knows people in law enforcement. Perhaps for different reasons.

/t. lambs don't like open flames.

Its ok to be on the police Blog as long as it isn't America's Most Wanted.

Little Lamb said...

With Dyckerson you never know.

Little Lamb said...

Thanks, but where is it?

Blogging makes it look as though I am busy at the computer so my wife doesn't bother me with her to do list.

cute smilies, lambiekins.

I never know what to blog about either...and that is pretty darned apparent lately by my posts!

Still...I love all the visits and my menagerie of friends, like you :)

Foam, I agree, and I like you, too.

Kid, NOW we find out the truth.

Pinks, I totally agree. I like the people I've met too.

That's an adorable post from a Little Lamb who said she had nothing to say. I've heard all the same warnings about "Don't talk to strangers you meet on the Internet." If I'd listened, I'd never have "met" any of you guys. I still wouldn't go into a chat room, though; there are weirdos in there.:)

Little Lamb said...

I totally agree with you Serena.

I also never would have met the people I've met from blogging.

The Phosgene Kid said...

Talking to strangers on the internet is probably safe enough, just don't fly out to meet them somewhere...

puerileuwaite said...

Lamby, this is going to seem "sudden", but would you fly out and meet me somewhere? Oh, and could you bring lots of cash and a non-descript rental car?

Little Lamb said...

Kid, I have told myself NEVER EVER meet anyone you have met online. Keep your real life friends and online friends SEPARATE!!!!! I have lived by this rule.

Pug, it does seem sudden. But, still....Ok Where and when?

Scary Monster said...

Well hey there little lamb. Me has gone back into yer archives and seen the biblical stuff. the fact that you were hooked up with the Mighty Dyckerson be quite a surprise. The only relationship me can imagine him having with cops be purely professional and seperated by seveal inches of steel bars. Also trying to figger out how you two ever saw eye to eye on things will puzzle me until the cows come home.

Be Stompy.

Jack K. said...

I know the feeling well. Why do I spend any time doing this?

I have met some interesting folks. Therer are also some intersting places to lurk on occasion. tehee

Even Pete is beginning to ponder that important question.

Little Lamb said...

Scary, the admin at Police Hub has a warped sense of humor. So they, well, you know. I found Dyck hilarious, and, well, you know.

Jack, so another blogger wonders too. I have met people I like interacting with. So I continue on.

happy blogging anniversary and happy birthday...just in case i miss out on your big bash.

Thank you very much. My birthday is in September.

Great posts, Little Lamb. It made me laugh. You be a funny lamb.

Little Lamb said...

Kid, thank you.

Corn Dog, thank you, I try to entertain.

Stan Bull said...

You try to entertain....and succeed, Lambie. Ya get my thumbs up,kid!
My birthday isn't in September either.

Little Lamb said...

Thank you, Stan.

When's your birthday?

Stan Bull said...

30th December, Lambie.

Little Lamb said...

You were born during the holidays.

Stan Bull said...

Yep, my birthday was always overshadowed by Christmas. This year, come over to Istanbul and join my extravagant birthday celebrations. We'll have ourselves a damn good time passing around a bottle or two of Old Stumphole 90 proof sour mash.

Little Lamb said...

That sounds like powerful stuff.

Stan Bull said...

You bet. Kitty introduced me to Old Stumphole 90 proof sour mash. In fact, Kitty is raising her kids on it.She swears by it....

Little Lamb said...

Oh dear! I don't drink. I hope that doesn't ruin things between us. What have I gotten myself into? I guess we'll find out.

Stan Bull said...

We have herbal tea too. If Kitty can't make it over, we can abandon the Old Stumphole and stick to herbal tea. To tell the truth, Old Stumphole can play havoc with a mans....

Little Lamb said...

Have you actually met Kitty in person?

The Phosgene Kid said...

/t hasn't driven you to drink yet??

Little Lamb said...

No, not yet. I have to keep my wits about me with him.

Jack K. said...

We met in a dream, huh?

I must admit, I began to rethink some of my recent dreams. However, nothing about meeting anybody. My loss.

Hope it was a pleasant meeting. My guess is that it was or you would have chastised me. teehee.

I will keep on the alert in my dreams from now on.

Happy Weekend LL!!

Little Lamb said...

Thank you, Kid, and same to you.

Anonymous said...

Little Lamb said...

pppppppppplllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Anonymous said...

LL,

stop begging,
it won't work on me

you can crack the egg man or have a new lamb birthday cake, but yopu can't have both, and you need to decide soon or i'll decide for you

so, what's it gonna be, girl? i can wait all night, just like meatloaf :)

/t.

Little Lamb said...

Ok, now about this: I cry until I get what I want?

sniff sniff

SOB

Anonymous said...

LL,

stop crying,
thatt won't work either

you can crack the egg man or have a new lamb birthday cake, but you can't have both -- decide soon

/t.

Little Lamb said...

You decide then.

Anonymous said...

as
you wish

i get the egg man
(he will NOT be cracked)
and
you get a new lamb birthday cake for your [n/st/nd/rd/th] birthday, which i will make for you and post at mo'po on or around the 16th, in time for your birthday :)

negotiations are closed

/t.

Little Lamb said...

I thought this was supposed to be an anniversary cake, not birthday. I thought Kid was bringing the birthday cake.

My anniversary is the 25th of Sept. and my birthday is the 27th.

I get an early cake.

The Phosgene Kid said...

You could just have a birthdayversary and celebrate all at once. Saves time...

Little Lamb said...

It does save time, but that means less partying.

The Phosgene Kid said...

Tough to party if you don't drink. Lambsteritas for everyone!!

Little Lamb said...

Oh no, its not. You can remember what went on.

As long as your lamb drinks don't have lamb in them. Dog is ok, lamb is not.

The Phosgene Kid said...

No lamb in the drinks - it is too tough on the blender. It' just a catchy name.

Let /t make whatever cake he wants and I will make you the other. No worries. BTW what is your favorite flavor toothpaste? Just curious...

Little Lamb said...

Toothpaste? Will you put toothpaste in the cake? I like the Arm and Hammer toothpaste. Strange question. Have you been hanging around /t.?

Anonymous said...

i get blamed
for everything here

LL, don't you think that
it is possible for phos to be strange all by himself and without pointers from me? give the man some credit...

/t.

Little Lamb said...

No, /t. I don't. He didn't start with me until you set Dolly on fire.

Anonymous said...

oh,
that's different then

what you're saying is that i'm an inspiration to my fellow man -- can a sainthood be far off?

/t.

Little Lamb said...

No, /t., that's NOT what I'm saying. You setting Dolly on fire is a BIG NO NO! Sainthood is really far off for you. Really, really far.

You are NOT an inspiration for phos.

Anonymous said...

do you think
i would sign off with
Saint /t. or just /t. as that is what everyone is used to?!? do you know if they issue tips for new saints with sainthoods, LL?

i kind of like Saint /t. -- it has a certain ring to it, eh? :)

Saint /t. (just practising)

Anonymous said...

oh,
and by the way,
phos is my inspiration

maybe phos and i could both be saints -- how cool would that be, LL...

/t.

Little Lamb said...

It won't happen.

The Phosgene Kid said...

Toothpaste tubes are ready made for cake decorating and using tooth paste is a real time saver. You don't have to brush your teeth after you eat the cake!!!

I get inspired when I forget my meds...

Little Lamb said...

What am I getting myself into, letting /t. and Phos make me cakes?

I just hope the lambs will be ok.

Anonymous said...

inspired
and practical, too

i like it a lot, phos

the lambs will be...

delicious!

/t.

Little Lamb said...

I warned them about you, /t. They won't go. Sam the lamb is looking after them. He has them cleverly hidden.
