Days off and the weekend...

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I took Friday and Saturday off to relax. I have plenty of time off so I might as well take it. They won't let me take it all at once. I have up to at least 2 months if not more stored up. I will be able to take all that time off if I have a medical emergency. I needed some time off to sit down. While I was off I found things to do, like clean my room. I cleaned off my computer desk and dusted my piano. I also cleaned out a few drawers next to my computer. When I get bills and pay them I just throw them in the drawer to sort out later. Well that's all straightened out now. When I get a bill I'll have to put it where it belongs, in the right folder.

I wanted to spend some time at home. I go out everyday to wrok, church and school and wanted to spend some time at home, so I did just that.

When I go to school on Monday, I have to find out how much more time I have until I can say I'm done with this course. I'm almost there. It'll be good to get done with school for a while.

I'm planning to take 2 weeks off in May and possibly look for an office job if I don't hear anything about an office job where I work. Right now the job market doesn't look good, so we'll see what happens.

HEY!!!! You! Yes you! Don't forget about daylight savings time!

I think it's very healthy to take the time to relax and decompress. Your mind and body are gifts from God and need to be cared for. I hope you have a nice time with your time away from the drudgery. :)

Thanks! I really want more time like this. This was much needed. I'm looking forward to my vacation.

Why are you looking forward to my vacation?

About the disturbing picture you found on my blog.... egads...

Halo uploaded that photo after he carved the words "Blood Pays For Sins" into my forearms. I don't know how to access the picture, since he's the one who figured out how to upload it in the first place. Ugh!! i've been all over the control panel and I just can't find it.

Yes, enjoy your upcoming (month and a half) vacation, LL. I suspect /t. is prepping his BBQ pit for your vacation....that's just a guess ;)

Little Lamb said...

Indigo, I probably shouldn't use those pics anyway, but I want to see what each one is. Maybe you can let me know which ones to use and which ones not to use.

Phos, I'm relaxing and enjoying. The tornadoes misses me, but we had a tornado watch.

/t. I like tomatoes.

Skunky, I wish it was a month and a half vacation. It'll only be 2 weeks long in May.

I'd love to figure out how delete the one's hao uploaded. Basically, the ones of self-mutiltion are pictures i'd love to be rid of. I can see the results of that incident every time i look at my arms. :(

Little Lamb said...

That's sad.

Indigo said...

Yup... "sad" describes it well. :( I have so many scars on my hands and arms that have accumilated over the years. But if i ever need to be reminded that blood pays for sins, ll i have to do is roll up my shirt sleeves.

::: sadness :::
:::::: despair ::::::

I wish there was a way for me to protect you against halo. I want to take you and shield you from everything bad, but I can't.

Remember Jesus shed His blood for our sins. All sin.

Halo manifested at church. fortunately, the choirmaster and one of my friends in choir know I'm a dissociative and recognize the visual cues of the shared body being operated by a life-essence other than Indigo (me). They talked Halo out of hurting the body. I am really grateful to have friends that love me and who aren't afraid of Halo.

Dang... I pretty much hijacked your topic. What a jerk I am. I am so sorry. I'll stop. I'm really sorry. :( I am so selfish. I'll stop.

Little Lamb said...

I'm glad you have friends who can help you. You need that.

And you need to stop feeling guilty about hijacking my topic. You can come to other people's blog and post comments. You needed to discuss stuff with me and you did. That's ok. You don't need to be sorry. You are not selfish. Is that clear? You can come here and talk if you want to.

Thanks, Lambie :)

Little Lamb said...

You're welcome, Indigo.

Can I just pipe in and say...I agree with Lambie...Jesus already did the paying.

And Lambie...I think you should take two days off more often. You've got to use up that vacation time before you go off to your new (and I know you will find one soon) sit down job!

I like tomatoes too.

Little Lamb said...

Thank you, Pink. I really needed this time off. I feel a lot better.

Right now the sit down jobs aren't a lot, but I need to keep my eyes open and keep checking for just the right job to come up.

We have something in common. We both like tomatoes.

It’s so great to take time off from work. I wish I had a work to take time off from.

Little Lamb said...

You must be retired. I don't know if I'll ever see retirement.

Unknown said...

I never thought I'd retire either; however, my body said something else.

Little Lamb said...

I wonder if my body will talk to me the way your body talks to you and I wonder if I will ever be able to retire finance wise?

The Phosgene Kid said...

I'll work 'til the day they nail the lid on the box. Our economy is a pyramid scheme and it is chumps like us that keep shoveling money in to keep the rich wealthy. Some day we'll wise up , chop their heads off and start over.

Little Lamb said...

I'm afraid I may have to work until then too. It sure looks that way. Especially the way the economy is going today.

boneman said...

Yes, I was wondering if you had any ideas on what to have?

The Phosgene Kid said...

Almost time for corned beef and cabbage. You are off the hook on this Holiday lamby, but Easter is right around the corner...

ANNA-LYS said...

Just checking ... IF You are awake

Daylight savings time You know ;-)

Unknown said...

Listen to your body: it’s always talking to you. I can’t afford to be retired. But I am.

Little Lamb said...

Anna-lys, Driving fast? Brakes? What brakes?

Boneman, How about some juicy steaks?

Phos, Yes, Easter is coming, have ham.

Anna-lys, I'm awake now. Do you have Daylight savings time in your country?

SSN, you gotta do, what you gotta do. I'll have to take your advice. I do believe your body talks to you in its own way. It has its way of telling you whats going on.

Indigo said...

I re-sent you friendship offer on Second life. Sorry about being a flake last month.
