I was almost one of the 40,000 in number 12 (I'm not american but you get the idea). I once passed out only a few seconds after leaving the bathroom - I could have whacked my head on the toilet bowl had it happened earlier.

Is the losing of teeth because of the smoking or because people think the type of people that smoke a pack a day are likely to be the ones that don't take good care of their teeth? I like cause/symptom analysis like that :P
