Pledges

It's time for a new post and here it is.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

I pledge allegiance to the Christian flag and to the Savior for whose kingdom it stands, one Savior, crucified, risen and coming again, with life and liberty for all who believe.

I pledge allegiance to the Bible, God’s Holy Word, I will make it a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path, I will hide its Word in my heart that I might not sin against God.

I also pledge allegiance to Lambycakes, and to the blog to which she posts. For she will not lead me into temptation, but rather ask me if I want anything from McDonalds.

And though I may walk through the valley of surly coworkers, I shall fear no reprisal. For Lamby, Boss Lady and her staff comfort me, while keeping all sailor talk to a minimum.

I'm not american but when I was a kid I used to watch romper room. they did the pledge of allegience.

I have to admit, I thought you americans were soooo cool. I think thats because I thought it was

"One nation under God, INVISIBLE, with liberty and justice for all."

Now who can't get with an INVISIBLE country. Thats cool.

Wonder Woman's Invisible Plane was manufactured here. I've always been proud of that piece of stealth technology. (It would've been more impressive if SHE were invisible while flying the plane, but that's a topic for debate at some other time.)
