How to cook and grill food...

You get an unsuspecting /t. bone,

and then throw him on the grill!

You all know how /t. is always wanting to grill some lambs, so now the shoe is on the other foot! You can even look at this as his tanning bed!

I prefer American bacon because it's thinner.

It all depends on how you're cooked.

well, now whenever I come over...I almost think I can smell BBQ sauce dripping on the hot coals.
AND...
Just in time for a tasty treat...
It doesn't take a giant grill, nor a blazing fire...
Just a small grill, about 3/4 wrapped (leave a good corner open for smoke and heat) in foil, maybe ten, fifteen coals, and a couple handfuls of cherry wood chips or even mesquite (at most places that have grills for sale)

Peppers. Big bells or Hungarians hot or mild, though the prep is different depending on taste...
If you like 'em hot and spicy! leave the peppers whole when you grill them
If you like them mild, Pop off the very top, dig out the seeds and most important, the vein of soft running the length of the pepper.

Don't bother seasonning them till after you're done roasting then on a medium heat...
You'll know when they're done because the skin starts splitting off.
Then a sprinkle of salt, cumin, (garlic powder, and or onion flakes) leave it sit while you toss some boca burgers on the grill, and chow down on a real treat.
(OK, instead of bocas, it could be cow, chicken, pig, lamb, /t-bone, a passing squirrel ("SQUIRREL!") or even slow moving turtles or frogs from the sky.)

uh...did anyone else see that movie? or do I sound like I've lost my mind when I say squirrel ("SQUIRREL!") ?

Little Lamb said...

Gosh I must have missed this post. Yes Lamby give /t. a good basting with marinade and throw him on the grill ... he will get a good tan and be tender and tasty as well. :)
