After getting stuck in the wet cement, the driver was heard to utter "What barricades? What signs? I didn't see no barricades or signs."
If you notice, this person is on their cell phone. I hate to be behind someone who eitehr is talking on their cell phone or has a passenger in their car. Those people go too slow. I don't like to drive slow. I tend to have a lead foot. And people still pass me and tailgate me as well.

to get tickets for the next crashtest comic show in his area
/t.
Hey, that picture looks familiar....

We get an instant penalty/fine of $130 but it doesn't stop people from being stupid.
Crash, Are they really?
/t. Probably so.
Photogguy, I don't know, it's an original.
Lex, no it doesn't. How many times will this have to happen in order for them to do something about it?
they should
leave this driver
there in the cement
for 2 or 3 days to think
about it -- teach 'em a lesson...
/t.
Yes, they should, /t.
