I was looking for something to post today, as I do everyday. It's hard to come up with stuff EVERYDAY But I guess it makes up for the long time that I totally ignored this blog. Well anyway I came across an article that said New York was the safest city in 2005. I was very surprised to read that.
I used to live in New York. Well actually Long Island. I loved going into the big city. I remember how stand up comics would make jokes of people getting robbed, and how NOT to look like a tourist.
I move away and they make New York safer, go figure.
For our next president we should vote for whoever got New York to be safer. We need somebody in the White House who will listen to the people who puts him there. I want somebody in there who will do what they say they're going to do and not just to say stuff to get elected.
What do y'all think?

That's a picture of the Empire State Building. You probably know that already but I had to make this post at least as long as the picture. I think it might have looked funny otherwise. Alsop what is your opinion on that?

NYC is the safest city??? Were the people who discovered this on the TheCrack???
I've been to NYC several times and after viewing some of the things there, I tried to click my heels and say "There's no place like home."
so,
little lamb,
let me see if
i'm getting this...
NYC aka the first ring of hell, becomes an earthly garden of peace and paradise on the day you leave the city?
sweet!
/t.
Hmmm, you've got to wonder who does these stories.
That's the Empire State Building?
Be on the look out for Lamb's next blog, entilted "Duh."
Crash, you live there now. You should know how it is. And that is the empire state building. Silly comic.
I hear Florida is a lot more dangerous now that Lambo lives there.
the morning radio show i listen to on the way to work talked about that article. the DJ suggested that perhaps NYC was rated the safest city because most folks don't have cars in the city - thus there is a lower rate of car theft.
who knows!
and who cares? hahahahaha.
but i do love the empire state building. love it far more than the towers. i always thought the towers were ugly.
(now, look, don't anyone call me unamerican or unpatriotic - or throw stuff at me. but really, if there hadn't been people involved, i would have applauded the destruction of the towers. oh hell, i can just imagine the scathing tongue-lashings i may receive for that comment!)
Dyck, if that's true, I should mvoe to Virginia to be close to you and it may be safer.
hi bird! You didn't like the twin towers? You thought they were ugly? Oh my!
There really isn't any room in Mahhattan to drive with all the congestion of buses and taxis running around,
Florida was dangerous before lambo...
What happened the past 10 years? Even nut job and their nut job mother moved down here...
You people are just supposed to visit and then leave after spending all your money...
That was the agreement.
It's called a va-ca-tion.
Bill, that's LAMBY, not Lambo.
I totally agree with your post, Bill.
Yes, of course Lamby. I apologize my wooly friend.
Thank you, Bill.
