I have a sore throat and feel lousy. I have gone to work, but what the heck? I don't feel like spending the day in bed being sick. I don't even like being sick, but who does?
I never know when to call in sick. When I get up I feel lousy. After I'm awake for a while, I feel better but still feel sick. So off to work I go and spread my germs. No one that I work wirh has gotten sick, which is good. Actually I have wanted to go home and just relax, but I don't think that is a good enough reason for going home. I'm so dependable. I'm also devoted to the job. I am by no means a workaholic. Dependable and devoted is as far as I go.
My church is having a Christmas banquet this month on Saturday the 17th of December. I'm taking the 16th off as well. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! A four day weekend. Hopefully I'll get lots of sitdown time.
Boring post, I know, but I don't know what else to write about. Does anybody have any suggestions?

You have all the classic symptoms of the bird flu. I wouldn't bother doing any Christmas shopping this year, if you know what I'm saying...
No, its not, it's not even close. This is just an upper respotory infection like always.
That's how it starts. Then, before you know it, you're laying on a stainless steel slab in the coroner's office.
I hope you feel better, Lambie. :-)
Keep yourself warm, drink lots and lots of fluids, and eat chicken noodle soup. It worked for me.
Thank you, Rain, for understanding.
Hey, Lambo has a clock! If it was only digital, I could read it.
Figures you can't read it.
