Lol, and Boney has made some very enlightening and valid points. :)

Now to be more serious I think adult issues whether they be heterosexual or homosexual should not be taught to children in the curriculum from kindergarten to second grade, they are far too young to understand these concepts and it would be confusing for them.

Like it or not there are homosexual people in this world and nothing will change that. They are human too and are capable of having a loving, sharing relationship with a person of the same sex.
We are all Gods children so who are we to judge. :)

And Puggles I think one very lucky girl will get you down the aisle one of these days. ♥diannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06171808338793139579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17122160.post-60113896985581567162008-10-27T07:22:00.000-04:002008-10-27T07:22:00.000-04:00good point, Boneman.Scary avatar.good point, Boneman.

Scary avatar.Little Lambhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06874577293821464232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17122160.post-35911989750217184482008-10-27T00:25:00.000-04:002008-10-27T00:25:00.000-04:00well, good luck with that.Funny that they start wi...well, good luck with that.
Funny that they start with one thing
same gender marriage
and then roll into something entirely different
school curriculum

When I see a switch like that, the first thing that comes to mind is, why.

Obviously heterosexual people are in charge of what people can do or what they can't do. The couples' arguement is weak from the start, too. To assume what the future brings with any given circumstances isn't any truer than if they came up with the opposite thought.
Homosexuality talk leads to homosexual practice. Hardly. From what I have heard, that a person is intimate with another of the same gender, and happy about it? Then hetero activity shoved down his or her throat everyday, every hour (just glance at the TV for an hour and you will see no less than four sexually oriented advertisements) is as offensive.
So, stating the offense is a terrible arguement.
That it's in the bible doesn't make it God's truth.
Masturbation is as terrible an 'offense' as homosexuality, punishable by dragging the offender into the street and publically stoning him to death
( straight from the bible )
but, let me ask you this....
who's going to be the last person throwing stones?
Isn't that what Jesus said, too?
Is it the business of man to judge?
or someone else?

Now...making it legal?
Well, take the image out of your mind, first.
That purile thought that has been being shoved down all our throats...the image of same sex marriage.
Oh, for crying out loud!
The very description drips in sex.
They don't say opposite gender sex, do they?

Think about who gets to say if you can marry someone of the same gender, or opposite color (Indiana was one of the last. Go figure) or if a red head is allowed to marry a blonde, or any arbitrary issue...can Christians marry Atheists? (bible:no, common sense:yes) Can a Jew marry a Muslim?

I realize you have your own ideas about things, and probably the two things we can count on is, you'll never marry a sheep.
We know that.
And, we also know that you'll never marry a girl.
Cool.

Of course, the whole arguement of not letting homosexually oriented people marry each other because it's not natural?
Horsefeathers.
Several animals, with no knowledge of gay rights or propaganda, actually live homosexually.
Obviously they propagate with females, but, wolves generally hunt in male packs. Dominant dog humps the others. Regularly.
And, not as nice as you'de want to think.

Mankind is not supposed to inflict sexuality towards animals.
Don't lie with the animals, pain of death.
And yet, there are African villages where the children perform cunninglingus (spelled right? Go down on the cow. Stimulate the caow orally.
To get the cow to produce milk. Which it does.

(wouldn't you? I mean...geez. It's hard saying whether the cows are excited or scared...)

Speaking of scared, though...what do you think of my halloween avatar?

ooooooo scarey.bonemanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10484125049735629611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17122160.post-42579252893953403072008-10-26T20:26:00.000-04:002008-10-26T20:26:00.000-04:00It's a start. It's a start.Little Lambhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06874577293821464232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17122160.post-41946856993956483372008-10-26T20:25:00.000-04:002008-10-26T20:25:00.000-04:00I do agree that God can change people for the bett...I do agree that God can change people for the better. I'm a big fan of the Constitution, even though our current president is not.

You keep forgetting that homosexuality is sinful *in your religion*. Christianity is *not* the only religion out there. 29% of Americans practice something else. There are about 6 billion people on Earth and 4.9 billion practice something else.

When a candidate for office says she wants to enact punitive laws against people like Doug and I because of her "deeply held religious beliefs", that is a betrayal of the Founding Fathers' intention of having a secular republic.

As a Wiccan, I'd like to have the legal right to marry because my religion says it's permissable to do so. Sarah Palin wants to forever remove that possibility because her religion forbids it.

That conflict, in a nutshell, is why it is so important that public officials leave their religious biases at the car door when they step into their offices.

I think that same-sex couples should have a purely secular set of civil rights that are eqquivalent to what straight married couples get because: a.) it's fair. 2.) we pay the same taxes as straights and thus should have the same rights as straights. 3.) Religion has no place in government.Indigohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14698310099287418741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17122160.post-89080766246315905872008-10-26T19:48:00.000-04:002008-10-26T19:48:00.000-04:00Ruela, I want a divorce!Indigo, Gays don't like t...Ruela, I want a divorce!

Indigo, Gays don't like to hear that their lifestyle is offensive to some people. It's illegal to preach against gays in Massachusetts. That's taking someone's free speech away. Let gays live the way they want without shoving it down my throat. If your boyfriend is dying and he wants you to be there, you should be, no questions asked. That should not be wrong. Not everyone will accept your lifestyle. Do what you do in private. People were in general not well off, and also had limited access (if any) to mail order catalogs. They simply used whatever was locally available (rocks, wildlife, etc.).

So the concept and value of interior design really didn't enter the public conscience until (arguably) the advent of the Sears catalog in the late 1800's.

Unfortunately interior design developed slowly, well into the 1990's. People were offered themes that were previously unimaginable, but the art form continued to stumble in a primitive fashion. So even though a family living in, say, Nebraska, could adopt a Nantucket theme (I'll spare you the limericks that readily come to mind with this example), it was still "kitschy" at best.

Then in the 1990's something truly remarkable happened: gay men started to make their existence known. And say what you will: they are fabulous decorators! And though I personally don't embrace their lifestyle, I suspect that some if not all of our fellow bloggers secretly do.

Plus gay folks are biologically incapable of breeding* (* unless they choose to cross the proverbial "picket line"): an admirable trait that ALL humans should possess, as it would make the world a much better place.

In fact, I think the gay lifestyle should be not only encouraged, but mandated (yes, I realize that I just used a word comprised of "man" and "date" ... grow up, people!) by law and taught during sex education classes in kindergarten* (* since horomones in cow's milk will soon allow people to breed at age 6).

So in summary, here would be some of the benefits of a purely homosexual world (except for you and me, of course):

- less people
- better interior decorating
- no plaid couches or fake Mallards
- no education system related tax hikes
- no heterosexual "smut" magazines
- no heterosexual Internet porn
- no more "unattractive, doughy Republican couples" (as depicted in the video)
- no more folks pretending to be straight
- only Lamb/Pug offspring to populate the planet from here on out

Hope this helped in some small way.puerileuwaitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16721399673017380093noreply@blogger.com
